This light, soothing, and hydrating multi-use body oil deserves a different name—EVERYTHING-EVERYWHERE OIL. Hand-poured in small batches, it blends coconut, sesame, castor, sweet almond, and sunflower oils (scroll down to see the powerhouse benefits of these five simple oils). Perfect for after your bath or shower, it’s clean, simple, balancing, nourishing, hydrating, and even mildly cleansing. Best applied to damp skin (and hair) for optimal absorption (this has been proven in studies). Our skin is our largest organ, so it’s important to be mindful of what we put on it. With this clean body oil, you’re not only caring for your health, but also making time to nurture your whole self.

Works for body, hair + face:

  • Apply before you get in the tub. Dry brush and apply body oil while the tub is running. It cleanses your skin while you soak.

  • Smooth onto skin while still damp from shower or bath and lightly towel dry

  • Or you can indulge with a light application pre-shower instead. Your skin will feel clean, soft and moisturized either way.

  • Take care of your biome with the opposite of an Everything Shower — save your skin by just using (very gentle) soap on your pits, privates and feet. Then apply oil while still wet from shower and go.\

  • Apply after dry brushing and/or before lymphatic treatments

  • Massage onto scalp before shampooing. For extra benefit and to spread evenly throughout hair, use a scalp massage comb. Leave on up to 20 min. You can also do this in the shower before shampooing for a few minutes and still get results… for this quickie version use a shampoo brush.

  • Use as a hair conditioner — so post-shampoo, leaving on for a few minutes and then rinsing thoroughly as you would a conditioner.

  • While hair is damp, run a small amount of oil through the ends to tame frizz/moisturize

  • Post-shower or bath, enhance your favorite body lotion by adding a couple pumps of oil for extra hydration benefits

  • Use on cuticles

  • Use on your beard. Keeps it clean and smelling fresh!

  • Shave your legs or pits with it, apply the same as you use shave creams. Great for last minute/quick shave when you’re running low on time.

  • Wash your face with it. Splash your face with water, using gentle strokes, apply oil to face and neck and leave it on. Or you can use a warm washcloth to towel it off, giving you a nice exfoliation.

    • Sunflower oil* (HELIANTHUS ANNUUS): contains antioxidant vitamin E, oleic + linoleic acid, reinforcing this natural moisture barrier is helpful for those with dry skin and for preventing wrinkles. It is non-comedogenic/doesn’t clog pores, offers sun protection and absorbs easily. It also aids in wound healing.

  • Having body oil on your skin can increase sun sensitivity. Always be mindful of the amount of sun exposure you get and apply sunscreen regularly, seek shade and cover up. It is generally recommended to use body oil in the evening or during the day when you don’t plan to be out in the sun.
