DIRECTIONS
Prep the skin: Use with soap suds in the shower or apply a body oil or balm to create a smooth glide—no tugging or dragging.
Create gentle suction: Squeeze the cup, place it on the skin, then release slightly for light suction. It should feel gentle—not intense.
Glide slowly: Move the cup in long, upward strokes toward the heart. Focus on legs, hips, arms, or other areas where you want to reduce fluid retention or release tension.
Stay consistent: a few times a week is enough to support lymph flow and fascia health over time.
After care: Drink water, rest, or dry brush afterward to enhance the effects.
