DIRECTIONS

  1. Prep the skin: Use with soap suds in the shower or apply a body oil or balm to create a smooth glide—no tugging or dragging.

  2. Create gentle suction: Squeeze the cup, place it on the skin, then release slightly for light suction. It should feel gentle—not intense.

  3. Glide slowly: Move the cup in long, upward strokes toward the heart. Focus on legs, hips, arms, or other areas where you want to reduce fluid retention or release tension.

  4. Stay consistent: a few times a week is enough to support lymph flow and fascia health over time.

  5. After care: Drink water, rest, or dry brush afterward to enhance the effects.
