  • Apply a facial oil or serum to clean skin for slip. Hold the tool flat against the skin at a 15–45 degree angle and use firm, upward and outward strokes following your facial contours. Always move toward lymph nodes to support drainage.

DIRECTIONS
Step 1: Dry Brush (see guide included with product)
Step 2: Moisturize with Body Oil or lotion to create slip necessary for tool to slide across skin rather than pull.
Step 3: Hold the gua sha at an angle so it’s almost flat. Using short, gentle strokes, start at your feet and guide the tool upward toward your groin area; move from your hands up your arms toward your armpits. Use rounded strokes over and under your chest, moving toward your armpits. Move in a clockwise direction on your stomach.
To clean a terahertz gua sha tool, wash with warm water and soap. Store in a clean, dry place .
