Thank you so much for supporting our small-batch shop. We want you to love what you bring home, and if something isn't right, we're here to help make it right.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Unopened, unused products in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Because our skincare and body care products are handmade for use on skin, we can't accept returns of opened or used products. This keeps every jar and bottle we send out fresh, safe, and untouched for the next person. If an opened product just isn't working for you, or your skin doesn't agree with it, please reach out anyway. We'd love to hear what happened and help you find something that's a better fit.
Fascia care tools can be returned within 30 days if they're unused and in their original packaging.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email hello@giabgoods.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply with the return address and any details you need.
Ship your return, postmarked within 30 days of your purchase date. A tracked shipping method is recommended.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and aren't refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT + EXCHANGES
Once your return arrives, we'll check it over and let you know it's been received. Please allow up to 7 days from when it arrives for your refund, store credit, or exchange to be processed. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please email hello@giabgoods.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.
