Peach Burrata Toast

 

for Friday lunches in the summertime…

Ingredients

Bread - can be any type, but Como very good, and for gluten free, Franz has a nice white sandwich bread in the freezer section of some stores.
Fresh peaches
Burrata cheese
Honey
Basil leaves

Directions

Make toast - you can do this with a toaster or get fancy and use a skillet with olive oil.
Slice peaches
Break up Burrata
Place peaches on toast, then burrata. Drizzle with honey. Add S+P and thinly sliced basil leaves.
Enjoy!
