Self Care
Make yourself a comforting beverage. Light a candle and pour a bath. Add salts for relaxation + sore muscles or milk for good sleep and soft skin or bubbles… because, bubbles.
While water is running, grab your dry brush: starting at your feet make small strokes toward your heart. Continue over the rest of your body always brushing toward your heart.
Hang Do Not Disturb sign on door knob. (unless of course u want to be disturbed…) Relax in bath.
After your bath, use a few pumps of body oil and massage into your skin. Lightly dab dry with a towel.
Use your roller stick or swedish cup to give your fascia a boost. Some benefits: reduce water retention, tone/tighten skin, improve appearance of cellulite, encourage toxin drainage, promote digestive health, feels fantastic.
Extend your self-care window and give your body a few extra minutes to absorb the moisturizing body oil by putting on this wrap (also nice to sleep in).
Before you get into bed, sprinkle a small amount of linen powder over your fitted sheet and go ahead and sink in.
I created these products because I wanted a soothing and hydrating after-shower oil with clean ingredients and had a hard time finding one that was accessible. This whole self-care line was built on that premise. These products contain only clean + beneficial ingredients, are deliberately simple + pure formulas, and are handmade by me with intention and care.
The four scent profiles: forest, fruit, flowers + flora, are combined with Sandalwood for a natural and earthy tone, known for its anxiety-reducing and mood-enhancing properties. Check out the ingredients glossary for more detail.
