Mini Breakfast Tacos

while you’re scrambling some eggs, turn on gas burner and warm (slightly char) small “street taco” sized flour tortillas. Put eggs on tortillas, 1/2 slice american cheese and place under for broiler for a minute. Top with green tabasco sauce and sliced green onions.
