GENERAL TIPS / READ BEFORE USING
2. Prepare your skin:
Ensure your face is clean and dry before dry brushing.
3. Start at the neck:
Begin by gently brushing your neck in upward strokes towards your chin and ears, stimulating lymph nodes.
4. Move to the face:
Use light, upward and outward strokes on your forehead, cheeks, and jawline. Use caution with the delicate skin around your eyes and mouth.
5. Gentle pressure:
Apply gentle pressure, avoiding any harsh scrubbing or dragging of the skin.
6. Cleanse and moisturize:
After dry brushing, cleanse your face with warm water to remove any loosened skin flakes. Follow with your regular face cleansing + hydrating routine.
7. Frequency:
Start by dry brushing a few times a week and gradually increase to a morning and night as tolerated.
