The Serum has a lighter, more liquid texture that sinks in quickly — great for people who prefer a less emollient feel. The Cream is richer and more occlusive. Both deliver magnesium topically; the choice is really about personal texture preference.

Apply to the soles of your feet as part of your evening wind-down routine. You can also apply to pulse points, inner wrists or back of the neck. A gentle massage as you apply helps signal to your body that it's time to relax.

With regular nightly use, most customers find a bottle lasts several weeks to a couple of months depending on how much they apply per use.

It’s best to choose the format that best suits your skincare preferences… some people are partial to the texture/weight of the serum, and others, the cream. You can use them at the same time too, just adjust the amounts accordingly, and/or use them on different parts of your body.

DIRECTIONS
Using 1-1½ pumps (per foot), massage onto sole of each foot. The serum can feel slightly tacky, so to remedy, you can either leave your feet outside your sheets for 15 min, or put on a pair of socks until the product is fully absorbed. You can also add a layer of lotion or Everything Balm over the serum for maximum absorption.

Always test on a small patch of your skin before use. If you’re unsure about using, check with your doctor. Do not continue use it if the skin becomes irritated.
